New Taekwondo Tutorial and Sore Hamstrings
1Ok, so you know how I said I was glad my flexibility was still there? Turns out that being warmed up exaggerated that sense of flexibility a bit, and now my hamstrings are killing me. I’ll need to take some height off my kicks for a while to let my body recover…stupid body.
Second thing, I made a new tutorial, this one mostly for anyone who teaches taekwondo and is dealing with nerves, especially if they’re just starting out. I’ve talked to a couple people over the years who started teaching at their school and felt overwhelmed, and I know I did when I started, so I hope this will be helpful to someone.

0Just a couple things I missed when talking about the jab/cross and fist, and I finally remembered to turn off the lights behind me! I think it helps, although things are darker. We (and by we I mean me) will work on improving production quality. I don’t know how, but I will.
